Client Consulting Manager
• Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying opportunities with clients• Engage in strategic and planning discussions and manage a pipeline of analytic work• Develop analytical frameworks solutions and data-led strategies• Partner with marketing products risk innovation and regional teams to execute projects• Produce insights analyses and recommendations to improve client performance and growth• Build scalable solutions toolkits and consulting approaches• Lead team knowledge sharing coaching and training• Oversee multiple workstreams and project delivery timelines
• 6+ years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy or retail banking• Knowledge of banking operations and payment schemes• Excellent client relationship management skills• Strong analytical skills• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Demonstrated leadership managerial and collaboration capabilities• Experience in payments business areas such as portfolio management marketing product management operations and risk management• Experience using financial indicators to measure business performance• Ideal candidate has payments or retail banking and consulting experience
