Banking Experiments Business Director
• Drive business development activities to grow revenue and profitability of banking products.• Work closely with regional credit risk teams to maintain healthy asset quality.• Build validated pipeline for new lending products.• Devise go-to-market playbook for lending products.• Validate alternative funding products to support loan book growth.• Lead Sales, Account Management and Collection functions for lending business.• Coach sales team members to execute go-to-market strategy.• Act as primary liaison for regional credit risk.• Ensure lending operations processes meet banking industry standards.• Contribute to the success and growth of Xendit.
• 5+ years experience in banking industry.• 3+ years experience in sales or business development in financial services institution.• Fluent in written and verbal English.• Proven track record in credit risk analysis and business lending.• Knowledge of consumer lending and lending segments.• Agile and willing to work across various tasks.• Strong communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to work autonomously.• Strong ownership mentality.• Background in business or sales is preferred.• Experience scaling startup or fintech company is preferred.
