Minimum age 22 years old, minimum education vocational high school or higher, minimum 5 years of experience as Kitchen Crew, understand basic food preparation and kitchen workflow, able to work fast and stay organized under pressure, maintain cleanliness at all times, disciplined and punctual, follow SOP consistently, work well in a team, clear and direct communication, willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays, physically fit and able to stand for long hours, attention to detail in handling ingredients and plating, take initiative without constant supervision, willing to learn new menu and standards
