  • Job Description
• Drive customer success for early and mid-stage startups across Indonesia • Drive revenue and market share within assigned territory • Accelerate customer adoption through sales engagement and GTM strategy • Meet quarterly revenue and business targets • Develop and execute account and territory plans • Create compelling value propositions around AWS services • Engage founders, executives, board members and VC influencers • Work with partners to extend market reach and adoption • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts • Collaborate with business development, marketing, solution architecture and partner teams
  • Requirement
• Minimum 7 years experience in direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets • Experience selling to C-level executives • Minimum 7 years experience in partner development, sales or alliance management • Experience building partner ecosystems is preferred • Experience developing go-to-market plans is preferred • Strong understanding of startup ecosystem • Passion and familiarity with AI/ML • Strong collaboration and communication skills
