• Build and own Partner Marketing strategy for SEA & ANZ aligned with broader business goals
• Partner with country teams to develop and execute short, mid and long term functional strategies
• Provide guidance on opportunity sizing, consumer and partner motivations, GTM levers and success metrics
• Build relationships with senior marketing stakeholders on the partner side
• Collaborate with Business Development, Partner Solutions, Partnership Strategy & Analysis and Country Marketing teams
• Identify scalable strategic priorities across the sub-region
• Track performance with analytical teams and translate learnings into prioritized actions
• Travel frequently across SEA and ANZ markets including Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Australia and Singapore
• More than 15 years experience across Tech and Entertainment industries
• Experience in PayTV, Telecommunications or Consumer Electronics is a plus
• Strong regional knowledge especially Thailand and Indonesia
• Expertise in full funnel marketing including retail and sales
• Experience owning and managing budgets
• Entrepreneurial, consumer-oriented and impact-driven mindset
• Able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects independently
• Strong business and marketing understanding
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, disciplined and comfortable working autonomously
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of another Southeast Asian language is a plus
