  • Responsible for the education and training of creators
  • Provide systematic education and training for creators to help them become familiar with international short video platforms, live streaming functions, and platform policies
  • Develop growth paths and content strategies for creators
  • Monitor live streaming performance and assist creators in improving their data and content quality
  • Build online communities, recruit, manage, and oversee daily operations of hosts
  • Provide creators with support, communication, and engagement strategies to accelerate live streaming growth and engagement
  • Identify and summarize issues faced by hosts based on community data
  • Propose and implement solutions or activities to enhance community host engagement and revenue metrics
  • Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 2 years of experience in user operations
  • Experience in live streaming, content marketing, or education and training industries preferred
  • Familiar with live streaming operation models
  • Understanding of live streaming trends and business insights into new technologies and features
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Passion for international live streaming, mobile entertainment, social media, and pop culture trends
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Capable of efficiently executing and completing projects
