* Build and own a strong sales pipeline across target markets * Lead discovery, presentations, and stage negotiations progress * Drive deal progression from first meeting to closing stage * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions * Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Requirement
* 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales / business development with a strong revenue track record * Proven ability to build and manage pipeline, not just close deals * Strong commercial and strategic thinking to identify and drive growth opportunities * Experience managing multiple deals and complex stakeholders * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams * Target-driven and comfortable in a high-performance environment
