Community & Content Manager
* Develop and implement social media strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms * Manage content calendar and posting schedule * Stay ahead of platform trends and execute new strategies * Create short-form content including text, images, videos, and memes * Collaborate with the design team on multimedia content * Write engaging social media copy * Develop and execute UGC strategy * Engage with online communities through comments, messages, and mentions * Build relationships with customers, influencers, and AI communities * Monitor and analyze social media performance * Report on growth and engagement metrics * Test new content formats and messaging
* 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement * B2B/B2C SaaS experience preferred * Excellent writing skills * Creative mindset * Strong community-building skills * Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools * Resourceful and action-oriented * Able to work independently * Passion for AI, productivity, and modern work trends * Experience with video editing preferred * Familiarity with paid social campaigns preferred * Experience engaging influencers and brand advocates preferred
