* Handle high volumes of live chat and phone calls * Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver satisfaction * Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information * Manage complaints and provide timely resolutions * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Proactively engage customers
  • Requirement
* 1+ years of customer-facing or customer service experience * Strong IT proficiency to handle technical customer queries * Exceptional written communication skills * Good listening skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Knowledge of cryptocurrency/blockchain is a plus * Multilingual capability is a plus * Fluent in English and Indonesian * Willing to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
