* Execute timely payroll, filings, and payments across assigned countries * Drive issue resolution and communicate with government agencies, partners, and customers * Work with Global Payroll Engineering and Product teams to ensure payroll software meets compliance requirements * Ensure product bugs and payroll issues are addressed quickly * Help prioritize and implement internal tooling improvements * Manage operational aspects across selected countries and external partners * Support expansion into new customer segments and geographies
  • Requirement
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in Indonesia payroll processing * Minimum 2+ years in a client-facing role * Direct experience using Indonesia payroll software * Deep expertise in Indonesia payroll and end-to-end payroll processing * Experience processing payroll according to local regulations and taxes * Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Docs, Sheets, Excel) * Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus * Ability to review and validate payroll calculations * Strong understanding of payroll concepts, regulations, labor legislation, and leave entitlements * Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines * Fluent in English (written and spoken) * Experience with payroll in other APAC, LATAM, or EMEA countries is a plus
