Senior Product Engineering
• Translate design briefs and 2D tech packs into physical footwear samples aligned to athlete and consumer needs • Identify and solve complex construction and manufacturing challenges to improve cost, quality, and performance • Partner closely with Design, Development, Materials, and factory teams to deliver on intent, profitability, and product integrity • Drive projects through every phase of the product creation process, ensuring on-time delivery to critical milestones • Provide technical leadership, training, and consultation to Product Creation and Tier 1 teams • Lead the development and adoption of engineering standards and best practices at scale • Collaborate with global and regional partners to ensure consistent execution and clear, effective communication
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, or training • Minimum of 6 years of directly applicable footwear development or engineering experience across multiple footwear categories • Strong technical expertise in footwear construction including lasts, upper patterns, materials, chemistry, bottom tooling, injection, plates, costing, and test methodologies • Solid understanding of the end-to-end footwear product creation process, including production planning, forecasting, and scheduling • Demonstrated experience driving innovation through the Product Creation Process • Proven ability to lead engineering initiatives or strategies across broader footwear teams or functions • Team player, able to work in an environment with high interdependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
