• Establish and maintain strong relationships with platform’s PIC • Analyse sales and current trends to generate insights and market behaviour to focus on sales growth • Manage company’s e-commerce accounts and its daily operations for Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok, etc • Plan and execute promotional or marketing online campaigns • Manage pricing strategy, product assortment and stock availability of products in store • Collaborate with various departments within the company • Ensures compliance to defined internal and external regulations; collaborating with platform’s PIC & communicating the updates within the internal team • Generate and present daily, weekly and monthly store performance reports to Team Leader • Practice great attention to detail, accountability and critical thinking
