  • Job Description
* Act as a strategic business partner to Product Managers and Brand Managers by translating consumer and market insights into actionable recommendations * Lead Consumer & Market Insights initiatives including market share tracking, brand health monitoring, post-launch evaluations, and insight generation * Oversee end-to-end market research projects with external agencies * Partner with Trade Marketing, Brand, and Sales teams (offline & online) to support data-driven decision making
  • Requirement
* Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Psychology, Economics, or related major * 2–4 years experience in FMCG or market research agency * Experience conducting market research and/or managing research agencies for brand projects * Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods * Strong analytical and presentation skills
