  • Job Description
• Manage the Lifestyle Channel’s business to achieve sales revenue and profitability targets • Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to strengthen sales fundamentals in the Lifestyle Channel • Develop and manage Customer Business Plans and Trading Terms with key customers • Work closely with the Trade Marketing Team to design and execute effective and efficient promotion calendars and BTL activities • Coordinate with the distributor team to resolve operational issues
  • Requirement
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in managing Retail Lifestyle Channel customers • Experience in the FMCG industry; beauty category background is an advantage • Fluent in Mandarin both speaking and writing is a MUST • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Highly result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets • Willing to be based in Puri Kembangan, West Jakarta
