• Contribute to the technical product vision and strategy across customer-facing Apps and Desktop product lines within Demand Products • Develops and maintains detailed product roadmaps, incorporating technical input and aligning with business priorities, focusing on specific phases like ideation or post-launch optimization • Guides and mentors junior team members, fostering technical literacy and collaboration with engineering teams • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing platforms across Apps and Desktop • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis on customer-facing app and web experiences, industry UX trends, and digital product benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate product hypotheses and drive iterative improvements across Apps and Desktop • Work with UX/UI designers and data scientists to support cohesive product strategies across platforms • Help prioritize features and manage backlog with oversight from senior managers • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and identify areas for technical improvement • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the product line
