• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in account management, commercial, or partner-facing roles • Solid account management or commercial experience, with a track record of managing a portfolio of accounts • Working knowledge of OTA, travel distribution, travel technology/start-ups, or marketplace business models, and good commercial instincts • Collaborates well with peers, shares knowledge, and helps others solve problems, without managing a team • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent demonstrated experience • Communicates and influences clearly in English; a relevant market language is a plus • Hands-on experience with partner platforms, distribution/booking systems, or similar account management tools • Relationships with distribution partners (B2B wholesalers, travel agents, resellers, affiliates) in the markets, or a track record of building them quickly
