• Influencing strategy for your product team, identifying opportunities for impact in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional peers • Applying the right research methodology at the right time, helping you and your team empathise with customer challenges • Leveraging AI prototyping as a tool for exploring conceptual ideas and iterating with cross-functional peers • Crafting high-fidelity user interfaces with flair at velocity, expressing maturity in interaction design and maintaining an exceptional bar for quality • Leading compelling vision initiatives for your team and domain, influencing and visualising the direction-of-travel and opportunities for innovation • Solving problems holistically with systems-thinking, understanding the ripple effect of design decisions • Communicating persuasively, weaving storytelling narratives around your work to bring peers on the journey • Collaborating transparently in the open, proactively sharing work with the wider organisation • Advocating usage of design system Norma and championing experience principles ensuring simplicity, usability, scalability and accessibility
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end design process, showcasing ability to identify problems and deliver well-crafted user interfaces • Persuasive communication skills with fluent written and spoken English • Systems thinker comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environment with ability to autonomously take ownership of complex design domains • Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering counterparts • Engaged member of design organization focused on quality user experiences and shaping design culture • Preference for candidates with experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for HRTech, FinTech, etc. • Remote work experience is considered a plus
