• Hold a minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or other quantitative fields. • Possess prior professional experience or strong foundational expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, management consulting, or quantitative project management. • Demonstrate technical proficiency in querying languages, specifically utilising SQL for data extraction and manipulation. • Demonstrate hands-on experience in building and managing dashboards on BI platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker. • Proficiency in advanced analytics using Python or R will be an advantage. • Demonstrate the ability to manage, coordinate, and drive projects across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and functions. • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into structured, actionable business strategies. • Ability to manage and execute multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia to align with internal stakeholders. • Proactive self-starter with a solution-oriented attitude toward complex operational challenges.
