Graphic Designer – merché
• Develop and execute visual designs for merché’s marketing and communication needs across digital and offline channels. • Create various design materials including social media content, campaign assets, promotional materials, event collaterals, POSM, and other brand communication materials. • Translate creative concepts, campaign directions, and briefs into strong and engaging visual executions. • Ensure all visual outputs are consistent with merché’s brand identity, aesthetic, and visual guidelines. • Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and other internal teams to develop visual concepts and deliverables. • Explore new visual references, design trends, styles, and creative approaches while maintaining merché’s visual character. • Manage multiple design projects and deliverables according to timeline and campaign priorities. • Support the development of new visual assets and creative directions for campaigns, product launches, activations, and other brand initiatives.
• Educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Art & Design, or other creative-related fields is preferred. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related creative role. • Strong understanding of fundamental graphic design principles, including typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, balance, and proportion. • Able to translate ideas and creative briefs into clear, engaging, and aesthetically strong visual designs. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design tools. • Strong attention to detail and consistency in visual execution. • Has a good sense of aesthetics, visual trends, and brand identity. • Creative, proactive, and open to exploring different visual styles and approaches. • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Portfolio is required.
