Marketing Execution Assistant Manager – JABODETABEK
• Help develop and implement quarterly marketing strategy plans across all business products, using insights and demographics specific to the Jabodetabek region. • Help implement marketing campaigns, from planning to post-campaign analysis, ensuring successful outcomes. • Collaborate with the Marketing Execution Manager and cross-functional teams, including the Marketing partnership team, Strategy and Planning team, and the Commercial team, to manage partner-facing initiatives and work with stakeholders from other verticals. • Gather and analyze marketing insights, and data analytics for both existing and potential Grab users to support decision-making. • Help oversee daily and weekly city operations and manage tactical marketing projects and timelines across all verticals. • Help manage the marketing budget for Jabodetabek, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Help handle various marketing channels, including in-app communications, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging. • Contribute to team development and performance by providing support and fostering a collaborative environment.
• You have at least 4+ years of experience in Marketing (Brand and Product Management, Advertising, Research, or Creative) with a ability to support integrated strategy development and help manage campaigns. • You have knowledge of the market and have experience gathering consumer insights within the region. • You are driven and eager to embrace challenges. • You can think outside of the box and able to help develop innovative marketing ideas through multiple channels. • Ability to help maintain the quality of all marketing materials and communications, and support budget management. • You can collaborate well within a team, organize tasks, prioritize, and support scheduling assignments.
