• Consolidate Risk Management Reports. • Develop and/or update Risk Management Dashboards. • Evaluate the implementation of Risk Capacity & Capability. • Analyze and validate Accountability Reports, Top Risks, Emerging Risks, Risk Limits, and the Early Warning System. • Conduct RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) and/or BCP (Business Continuity Planning) activities, and prepare Risk Management Reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant field. • 2–5 years of experience in the banking or insurance industry, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Strong understanding of Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Assessment & RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment), macroeconomics, financial reporting, and data analysis. • Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, planning, and results-oriented skills. • Location: Menara Astra, Sudirman, Jakarta.
