• Own the paid marketing strategy and budget allocation across Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and offline channels (OOH, TVC) • As a counterpart of the content squad to understand the business objectives and develop effective performance marketing strategies to achieve business and company goals • Working closely with the specialist team on defining audience target, budgeting, and goal setting, in order to deliver expected metrics • Working closely with the Data, Product, and Engineering team on tracking implementation, attribution accuracy, and measurement infrastructure • Manage relationships with ad platforms and vendor partners to improve the performances • Monitor, analyze, and do reporting of each campaign, in order to do improvement of the upcoming campaigns • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights • Manage and develop the Paid Marketing team by coaching and mentoring •
