* Achieve affiliate sales targets by onboarding affiliate creators and increasing creator sales * Develop affiliate campaigns and sales growth plans * Identify affiliate and competitor trends across social media and e-commerce * Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution * Build relationships with marketplace partners to improve visibility and campaign support * Analyze performance data and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities * Prepare and present weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Requirement
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field * Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce or affiliate marketing (Shopee & TikTok) * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy * Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills * Organized, proactive, and eager to learn * Familiar with e-commerce platforms and reporting tools * Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel)
