• Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders from various departments and Business Unit to understand their processes, identify pain points, and pinpoint automation opportunities • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflow automation solutions • Connect various internal systems, third-party applications, and databases to create efficient, end-to-end automated processes • Develop and maintain clear documentation for all developed automation workflows, including process flows, technical specifications, and integration details • Monitor the performance of deployed automations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for enhanced reliability and efficiency • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in workflow automation, API integration, and AI applications, particularly in how they can enhance n8n capabilities • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the squad and the wider company
