• Define and execute AI-driven product strategy aligned with business and data strategy • Identify opportunities where AI can improve reporting, analytics and automation • Build AI products from concept to launch with stakeholders, engineers and analysts • Launch pilots, scale adoption and track performance metrics • Help teams integrate AI into daily workflows and promote AI-first culture

• 2+ years experience in product management or strong fresh graduate fundamentals • Understanding of prompt engineering, agentic AI concepts and LLM frameworks • Strong understanding of reporting systems, data modeling and analytics platforms • Strong stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset • Ability to independently own initiatives from ideation to launch • Experience with AI or analytics automation is a plus • Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks is a plus
