* Monitor and evaluate GenAI performance metrics through AI dashboards * Identify anomalies, accuracy gaps, and bias in AI responses * Conduct Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) testing and design validation scenarios * Analyze GenAI outputs and recommend prompt tuning, model tuning, and RAG optimization * Review sentiment analysis from user feedback * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve GenAI systems * Ensure QA complies with company standards, AI ethics, and regulations * Prepare QA testing documentation, evaluation reports, and recommendations
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus) * Minimum 3 years experience * Experience evaluating GenAI using OpenAI Evals, RAGAS, or custom scoring frameworks * Understanding of OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and LLM evaluation * Able to perform query analysis, data validation, and evaluate AI metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, BLEU/ROUGE) * Knowledge of reinforcement learning, feedback loops, and basic Python programming * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and AI QA skills * Experience in AI ethics/governance and sentiment analysis is a plus
