• Native Indonesian proficiency with understanding of regional dialects and accents • English proficiency minimum B2 level • Strong auditory perception and speech analysis skills • Ability to transcribe audio accurately across varying audio quality • Comfortable providing voice recordings and audio feedback • Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills • Strong understanding of multilingual audio and speech interpretation • Experience in linguistics, speech science or audio datasets is preferred • Experience with voice work, podcasting or speech data is a plus
