Minimum age 22 years old, minimum education vocational high school or higher, minimum 2 years of experience as Bakery Staff, understand basic baking techniques and dough handling, able to follow recipes with accuracy, consistent in taste texture and presentation, work fast and stay organized under pressure, maintain cleanliness of work area and tools, disciplined and punctual, follow SOP consistently, physically fit and able to stand for long hours, attention to detail in measuring and baking process, take initiative without constant supervision, willing to learn new recipes and techniques, able to work early shifts
