* Manage creator campaigns end-to-end from planning, execution, to evaluation * Develop campaign mechanics, creator incentives, and operational workflows * Drive creator activeness, content supply, and GMV growth through campaign initiatives * Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities * Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Strategy, and Creator Management teams * Continuously improve future campaign initiatives based on data and insights
  • Requirement
* Minimum 4 years of experience managing end-to-end campaigns * Strong analytical thinking, business logic, and data interpretation skills * Good understanding of the e-commerce and affiliate industry * High ownership mindset with strong agility and execution capability * Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Experience working with creators, influencers, or KOLs preferred
