• Establish and maintain deep understanding of Semrush technology portfolio and competitive landscape
• Act as technical lead on strategic client relationships across various industries
• Collaborate with executive, product, sales and senior-level stakeholders
• Provide guidance on API, IT operations, security and technical processes
• Handle technical data questions from clients and prospects
• Support strategic customer success initiatives
• Assist clients during product evaluations and proof of concepts
• Support pre-sales and post-sales engineering responsibilities
• Conduct discovery sessions, demos, webinars and client events
• 5+ years experience in Technical Pre-sales, Post-sales or Sales Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in SaaS or DaaS environments
• Strong communication and client interaction skills
• Experience implementing software solutions for enterprise companies
• Ability to work in dynamic team environment
• Strong understanding of API, IT operations and security concepts
