• Lead integrated communications strategies across Internal Communications, Communities, Partnerships, and ESG initiatives to strengthen engagement and brand reputation. • Oversee the successful execution of flagship programs, including SisBerdaya, DisBerdaya, and SobatDANA. • Manage internal communication platforms and initiatives, including Townhall, Monday Demo, DANA Space (internal website), etc. • Ensure effective budget planning and governance across Internal Communications, Communities, Partnerships, and ESG programs. • Ensure the Communications Team achieves Learning Hours as per the set targets. • Lead Company Visit programs and speaking engagements to enhance strategic partnerships and brand visibility. • Develop and manage educational partnerships that advance financial literacy and financial wellbeing initiatives. • Strengthen partner retention and engagement to minimize regret turnover. • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Improve operational efficiency through effective monitoring and reduction of operational loss rates. • Foster a diverse and inclusive team culture aligned with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. • 10-12 years of experience in communications, preferably in the technology industry. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated communications strategies across conventional and digital channels. • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills as well as problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make 360-degree strategic recommendations. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of the technology industry, esp. FinTech, and market trends. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
