  • Job Description
• Investigate and resolve advanced customer issues across Postgres, Auth, RLS, Storage, Realtime, Edge Functions and client libraries.• Provide guidance to optimize workloads and avoid common pitfalls.• Reproduce bugs, isolate root causes and escalate issues to engineering teams.• Investigate customer reports and turn them into actionable cases.• Communicate clearly and empathetically with users.• Recommend improvements to documentation, tooling and product quality.• Mentor junior team members and improve support quality.
  • Requirement
• 7+ years experience in technical support, databases, backend engineering, SRE or similar roles.• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL internals.• Strong SQL and query optimization skills.• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and multi-tenant architectures.• Experience handling data migration issues and recovery.• Experience with AWS and Linux environments.• Strong operational and troubleshooting mindset.• Must work within APAC time zones.
