  • Job Description
* Plan and execute monthly promotional calendars across Marketplace, Social Media, and Google channels * Drive traffic growth through paid and organic optimization * Monitor sales, advertising, and SEO performance and implement improvements * Prepare weekly and monthly commercial performance reports * Supervise daily e-commerce operations and collaborate with Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Service, Creative, IT, and Marketplace partners
  • Requirement
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field * Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital marketing (Retail/Mother & Baby preferred) * Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, digital advertising, promotions, and sales reporting * Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel * Good English communication skills * Strong analytical, leadership, and commercial mindset * Familiar with SEO and digital trends * Willing to work onsite in Kelapa Gading * Able to join immediately or within short notice
