* Maintain accurate real-time inventory records by processing stock transfers and inventory movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) * Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across warehouse locations * Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies * Support return operations by validating returned items and ensuring proper putaway processes * Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency * Prepare inventory reports and support data analysis for stock management and optimization * Coordinate with Inbound, Returns, and Warehouse Operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and issue resolution * Investigate stock variances and assist with corrective and preventive actions * Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and inventory control procedures
