• Understand all fund flows, their volumes, and their liquidity requirements, in order to design the right strategy to support these operations • Design & execute on the strategy to manage liquidity in the most operationally and cost effective manner for Xendit • Monitor funds across the region through the day to ensure correct allocation across accounts and currencies • Oversee and guide Global Accounts & FX operations execution to ensure no errors or disruptions to merchant flows • Create or update SOPs as required to correct operations and ensure they follow best practices • Address and manage any operational issues or escalations independently • Focus on the processes and tooling to enable the execution of cross border fund flows and liquidity operations • Report on Global Accounts operations and liquidity statuses to the Financial Operations Head and broader leadership • Own and drive Global Accounts & FX metrics such as efficiency and accuracy • Work closely with the reconciliations team on all Global Accounts/FX recons • Partner closely with the product team to give feedback and provide FinOps input • Solve complex problems by working across product, regional partnerships, treasury, compliance, sales and growth teams
