  • Job Description
* Design visual assets for digital and physical retail channels including POSM, OOH, website, social media, ads, and in-store visuals * Translate campaign objectives and business needs into engaging visual concepts * Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to support user journeys and conversion goals * Apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple platforms * Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns * Ensure design quality, consistency, and scalability across all outputs
  • Requirement
* Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or Multimedia Design * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in retail, e-commerce, or digital-first brands * Experience working in retail, tech companies, startups, or digital-first brands * Strong foundation in visual design, layout, typography, and color * Experience designing for digital and physical touchpoints * Familiar with design systems and scalable visual frameworks * Detail-oriented with strong time management skills * Strong communication skills * Portfolio required showing campaign, retail, or product-related work
