  • Job Description
• Lead planning, buying and implementation of offline media assets across business verticals • Manage and optimize marketing budget for high ROI • Act as project manager for ground events and brand activations • Build relationships with media owners and agencies • Negotiate rates and secure strategic placements • Oversee production and installation of offline assets • Collaborate with creative, brand and digital teams for campaign consistency • Analyze offline campaign impact and provide actionable insights
  • Requirement
• Minimum 5–7 years experience in media buying, media planning or brand activation • Experience in media agency or tech company preferred • Strong knowledge of Indonesian offline media landscape • Proven experience managing large-scale marketing events or roadshows • Ability to secure strategic placements at competitive prices • Strong budget tracking and reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets • Able to work in high-pressure environments and adapt quickly • Fluent English communication skills
