  • Job Description
• Define strategic goals and execution roadmap for Merchant Account Lifecycle.• Optimize onboarding success, activation rate and onboarding throughput.• Balance merchant experience with Risk, Fraud and Compliance requirements.• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to design low-friction onboarding processes.• Translate regulatory changes into product requirements.• Lead product discovery through merchant feedback, user research and data analysis.• Create PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.• Prioritize features, fixes and experiments.• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, Risk and Compliance teams.• Communicate product progress and trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Requirement
• 3–5 years of Product Management experience focused on customer lifecycle, growth or PLG initiatives.• Experience in FinTech, Payments or high-compliance industry preferred.• Ability to understand technical architecture and integration points.• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to build consensus across interdependent teams.• Experience balancing user experience with Compliance, Risk or Fraud requirements.• Experience with onboarding, activation or offboarding products is preferred.• Technical background in engineering or computer science is a plus.
