Retention & Business Development Support Lead
* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase retention and repeat business * Reconnect dormant clients and identify new business opportunities * Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams * Prepare and manage quotations, project calculations, invoices, contracts, and other commercial documents * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document delivery * Maintain client records and documentation in the CRM system * Prepare regular reports on client retention and BD support performance * Support continuous improvements to client service and sales operations
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Relations, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Business Development Support * Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills * Experience handling quotations, contracts, invoicing, and commercial documentation * Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities * Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused * Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
