* Ensure safety, security, and environmental compliance across Non-Make (GTM) operations including warehousing, logistics, transportation, offices, contract manufacturing, R&D, and events.* Identify and mitigate operational risks, including transport safety, warehouse safety, contractor work, and construction activities.* Establish and manage GTM SSHE governance, committees, and compliance with global standards and local regulations.* Monitor and report SSHE KPIs including TRFR, LTAFR, SIF, environmental metrics, and PSM indicators.* Embed SSHE practices into daily operations across logistics, warehousing, distribution, and sales activities.* Lead safe travel, fleet safety, driver behavior, and road risk management initiatives.* Manage security, loss prevention, and company asset protection programs.* Deliver SSHE capability building, awareness, and leadership engagement programs.* Track action plans, CAPA closure, audit findings, and performance improvements.* Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, R&D, and Factory SSHE teams to strengthen governance and execution.
* Experience managing Safety, Security, Health & Environment (SSHE) or HSE programs.* Strong understanding of risk management, contractor safety, logistics safety, transport safety, warehouse operations, and environmental controls.* Knowledge of SSHE governance, regulatory compliance, internal audits, and KPI management.* Experience leading safe travel, fleet safety, and security management initiatives.* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.* Ability to analyze risks, drive corrective actions, and improve operational safety performance.* Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills.* Willing to conduct regular field visits and operational verification.
