• Combining business analytics, data mining and data visualizations to help organizations make more data-driven decisions • Interprets data, patterns, trends and turns it into actionable insights to improve business • Provide routine and ad hoc reports, ensuring insights are not just descriptive but also predictive and prescriptive where applicable • Translate routine data inquiries into automated, efficient reporting solutions • Utilize modelling techniques to build forecasting models, trend analyses, and scenario simulations • Work with large-scale datasets to conduct exploratory and advanced data analysis, ensuring data integrity
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail or retail enabler industries • Proficient in at least one programming language for data processing • Hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets • Experience in business analytics, data mining, data modeling, and data visualization is a plus • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage tasks and projects effectively • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and proactive environment • Willing to explore and apply modeling techniques including forecasting models, trend analysis, and scenario simulations • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
