• Lead sourcing business, operations and functions across designated factories and operation centers • Execute global sourcing strategies • Lead Development, Commercialization and Production teams within supplier groups • Own KPI performance and supplier relationships within assigned country of origin • Drive initiatives related to quality, continuous improvement and supplier alignment • Build relationships with factory senior management and internal stakeholders • Represent operations internally and externally • Support allocation processes with operational updates • Ensure compliance with local laws, human rights, health and safety standards • Drive team development, coaching and engagement • Improve processes through continuous improvement methods • Ensure sourcing operations comply with adidas sourcing policies and legal requirements
