• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, or training • Minimum of 6 years of directly applicable footwear development or engineering experience across multiple footwear categories • Strong technical expertise in footwear construction including lasts, upper patterns, materials, chemistry, bottom tooling, injection, plates, costing, and test methodologies • Solid understanding of the end-to-end footwear product creation process, including production planning, forecasting, and scheduling • Demonstrated experience driving innovation through the Product Creation Process • Proven ability to lead engineering initiatives or strategies across broader footwear teams or functions • Team player, able to work in an environment with high interdependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
