  • Job Description
* Oversee all activities and work at project sites to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules * Determine workforce and resource requirements and manage resource allocation * Ensure work quality meets established standards and monitor project progress * Manage project budget, monitor costs, and optimize expenses * Communicate project progress and issues with stakeholders and management * Expand contractor partners and improve their technical capabilities * Perform KYB tests with contractor partners
  • Requirement
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry * Previous experience as a Site Manager or related positions * Familiar with fit-out procedures * Proficiency in project management tools and related software is a plus * Good communication skills and ability to adapt to various stakeholders * Strong leadership skills * Strong knowledge of construction regulations, processes, and safety standards * Result-oriented and able to work under pressure * Used to handling multiple projects simultaneously
