• Translate product requirements into user-centered solutions • Define and understand user personas, behaviors and motivations • Validate hypotheses and solutions through research and usability testing • Align business goals with user needs • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders on product vision • Define success metrics and measure design impact • Support experimentation initiatives such as A/B testing and usability testing • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs • Present design rationale connected to business and user goals • Ensure consistency with design systems and UX standards • Utilize AI tools for research, ideation and prototyping • Explore AI-assisted workflows and vibe coding approaches • Mentor junior designers
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking and user-centered design • Strong understanding of end-to-end design process • Strong UX and visual design knowledge • Able to create scalable and polished interfaces • Familiar with UX methodologies and accessibility principles • Familiar with experimentation methodologies such as A/B testing and hypothesis validation • Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful product design work • Minimum 5 years experience as Product Designer or similar role • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Framer or similar tools • Familiar with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude • Experience in fast-paced cross-functional teams • Fluent English communication skills • Mentoring experience is a plus
