• At least five (5) years of progressive experience in application development and support, with demonstrated growth in technical complexity and responsibility. • Experience should include leading projects, mentoring others, or coordinating team activities. • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (speaking/reading/writing, may include the ability to translate). • Strong knowledge of systems analysis and design, including gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. • Strong knowledge of programming and software development using modern frameworks. • Thorough knowledge of database design, queries, and how databases support applications. • Knowledge of developing applications with user interfaces, business logic, and data storage. • Knowledge of project management approaches for planning and delivering software projects. • Knowledge of supervising staff, including task assignment, performance feedback, and team coordination. • Working knowledge of how technology solutions support business operations. • Demonstrate ability to design and develop functional applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. • Proven ability to create and optimize database structures that support business requirements. • Strong analytical skills to break down complex business problems and design technical solutions. • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management. • Demonstrate leadership ability to guide technical staff, delegate tasks effectively, and manage team performance. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet competing deadlines. • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing technical environments.
