  • Job Description
• Provide timely responses to support cases across billing, pre-sales, optimization and implementation topics.• Triage support cases and direct users to documentation, code examples or internal teams.• Monitor feedback channels such as GitHub Issues and Discussions.• Identify opportunities to improve support tooling and efficiency.• Reproduce issues, create test cases and improve test coverage.
  • Requirement
• 3+ years experience providing developer support to technical customers.• Proficient in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL.• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.• Skilled in Linux or Unix operating systems and command line.• Experience with GitHub Issues and Discussions.• Familiarity with React, Vue, Svelte or Node.js is a plus.• Computer Science degree is a plus.• Required to work in APAC time zones.
