• Oversee and ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate income tax returns across multiple entities.• Oversee VAT, withholding taxes and other tax compliance matters.• Lead and manage tax audits across entities.• Prepare audit responses, reconciliations and supporting documents.• Handle tax objections, appeals and dispute resolution.• Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation.• Provide tax advice on business transactions and initiatives.• Identify tax risks and mitigation strategies.• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and external consultants.• Improve tax processes, controls and documentation across entities.
