  • Job Description
* Coordinate and maintain relationships between tenants and mall management * Prepare daily reports on tenant complaints, feedback, and attendance (store opening/closing) * Create tenant satisfaction surveys to evaluate management performance * Act as a mediator between tenants and management to resolve issues * Communicate operational updates and changes to tenants * Maintain tenant databases related to mall promotional activities * Monitor store displays, signage, music, cleanliness, and collect visitor traffic reports
  • Requirement
* Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related field * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience * Good understanding of mall business processes, policies, and business issues * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Able to make independent decisions and work under pressure * Good time management skills * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities * Able to understand and communicate regulations * Proficient in Microsoft Office and English (written & spoken)
