• Develop and execute visual concepts, styling, and decoration across merché’s physical brand touchpoints. • Handle visual needs for offline stores, live streaming studios, photoshoots, events, and other brand activations. • Translate creative concepts and campaign directions into visual setups, props, displays, and spatial arrangements. • Source and manage the procurement of props, decorations, furniture, fixtures, and other visual materials. • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution. • Ensure visual consistency across different touchpoints while maintaining merché’s brand identity and aesthetic. • Explore new references, materials, styling ideas, and visual trends to continuously elevate merché’s visual presence. • Support on-site setup, styling, installation, and visual preparation when needed.

• Educational background in Design, Art, Fashion, Architecture, or other creative-related fields is preferred. • Experience in Visual Merchandising, Visual Styling, Creative Production, Set Design, Interior, Event Production, or related fields. • Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser (VM) is a plus. • Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, styling, and attention to detail. • Creative, resourceful, and able to turn ideas into practical visual executions. • Comfortable working hands-on, from concept development and sourcing to on-site execution. • Good communication and coordination skills, especially when working with vendors and cross-functional teams. • Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities. • Portfolio is highly preferred.

Contoh tindakan recruiter yang perlu dicurigai:

Yang perlu dilakukan?

Cek sosial media pemberi kerja. Cari tau aktivitas nya di berbagai sosial media.
Cek nomor. Gunakan aplikasi seperti Get Contact untuk mencari tau apakah nomor yang dihubungi pernah bermasalah
Cek email. Bisnis legit & professional jarang menggunakan email gratis seperti @gmail.com atau @yahoo.com. Jika pemberi kerja adalah sebuah bisnis berbentuk perusahaan, email mereka sepatutnya adalah, contoh, hr@namabisnis.com, dengan domain sesuai alamat website resmi perusahaan.
Cek Google. Jika pemberi kerja adalah bisnis berbentuk perusahaan, seringkali mereka memiliki jejak digital yang dapat ditemukan di Google.
Gunakan insting. Jika ada sesuatu yang mencurigakan, stop. Jangan terburu-buru.
